We have adopted a Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) policy in compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014 notified by Central Government. Our CSR activities are primarily focused on initiatives relating to education, healthcare and the environment, particularly in the geographical areas near our manufacturing facilities. Our CSR activities are monitored by the CSR Committee of our Board.
